Waar we voor staan
No long lead times: understand what you observe, find the right language, and choose your next step with confidence.
Short assessments and concrete tips that fit everyday life—at home and at school.
Privacy-first and neurodiversity-friendly: calm, predictable, and without stigmatizing labels.
Our values
The principles that shape every part of MindNavigator
Strengths-first
Every child has strengths. That's where we always start. Only then do we look at where support helps.
No labels
Insight without diagnosis or stigma. We describe how a brain works, not what's "wrong" with it.
Privacy as foundation
Your data, your control. GDPR-compliant, transparent, and never shared without consent.
Evidence-based
Built on executive function theory and proven methods. No trends, just science.
How it started
From an early signal in the classroom to the decision to give families clarity and footing sooner.
A teacher asks the question
An attentive teacher recognizes patterns in Glenn's daughter. Her question sets everything in motion: 'Have you ever had her assessed?'
Months of waiting, endless forms
The search for answers begins. Months-long waiting lists, complex intakes, and the same feeling over and over: there has to be a faster way.
Two fathers, one mission
Glenn connects with Rob, himself experienced with ADHD. Together they discover the same frustration: there is nothing between "not knowing" and "formal diagnosis".
Why doesn't this platform exist yet?
With their background in IT and marketing, they join forces. The goal: an accessible, interactive platform that gives families immediate insight.
MindNavigator is born
From first prototype to a platform helping 500+ families. Evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and immediately available.
The Birth of MindNavigator
This had to be different. With their combined background in IT and marketing, Glenn and Rob decided to join forces. They drew up a plan with one clear goal:
To use 21st century technology to build a platform that supports parents and children, provides insight and makes the first steps on the path of neurodiversity simpler and clearer.
